As a young girl and later as a teenager, I would visit my father at his jeweler's workbench, and by the age of 15, I was totally infatuated by the process and can't remember ever wanting to do anything else. I developed a high degree of technical ability by working as a bench jeweler for 15 years. I've always worked exclusively in precious metals such as 14K, 18K and Sterling Silver.
Semi-precious stones and hand engraving are used as an accent to my designs. I then incorporate bold shapes, clean lines, and contrasting textures within an abstract frame.
