The artwork I create is not realistic, the work is not literal, but much content is in the work since the visuals relate to architectural elements, architectural cross sections and primitive totem forms.
I use canvas or gessoed rag papers, building up with acrylic paints and other surface constructions. My mixed media works include graphite, colored pencil, and combinations of wood, stone, rag papers, fiber, gold leaf, beads and even clay. I love creating my art, and enjoy the process.
