Music and Architecture are the two classical themes I am presently working in. My unique printmaking technique replicates the beauty of an etching plate. Its dimensional, sculptural, and reflective quality has always intrigued me.
To create my artwork, I form deeply etched master plates of historical subjects and then impress them into sheets of brass. The impressions are formed by the use of a flatbed roller-type press. Each brass creation is finished and enhanced using ancient patination techniques.
